RMA Policy

Below please find our Defective / Returns policy. We kindly request you to read through the below information.

Pre registration of Return goods:

  1. Via our Dealershop RMA Returns can be requested.
  2. Please fill out the RMA Form completely with a clear explanation of the complaint and the serial number (if available) of the product.
  3. Once the RMA Form has been sent to us, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with the RMA identification number. Please print out this email and send it to us along with the defective products.
  4. Please label the returned product with the RMA reference number.

Accessories / Retailpackaging will not be replaced, except for DOA cases:

DigiTrading policy is that DOA's will be exchanged. There is no legal defenition regarding DOA products. Dead on Arrival products are defined by us as showing no LED activity and the product hardware doesn't respond upon pressing it's buttons.

In ALL other cases, please ONLY return defective unit (e.g. GPS unit, scalarider BT unit etc) WITHOUT accessories / retailbox. Because in most of the cases there is nothing wrong with the accessories. Therefore, please do not return retailbox and accesories. These will not be replaced by us.

Remark: DigiTrading imports 95% of it's product range from overseas. Our suppliers won't accept us to ship back full retail packaged goods with working accessories.

In case a Retailer chooses to exchange a new item to his customer. Of course they are free
to do so on their own account.

By placing orders within our Dealershop, our valued customers accept our General Trade Terms
which contain the above described RMA policy.
